You can aslong as the next evolution is still inside the paramaters of the next said evo ie I have just done Ansu Fati welcome to evo and made him an 78-79 then once done I put him into the Relentless winger evo so it defo works.
If I didnt use Ansu on the welcome evo I was going to use Mainoo on that welcome 1 then the glow 1/2 as you said.
It defo works you just need to make sure that before you evolve in one that what he becomes still fits into the next one you wish.
Yes I agree, with any card that ends up 79 or under, you can do the welcome to evolution but my issue was Raspadori became an 80 so I could not use him in Relentless Winger, anyway hope this answers the original question.
