"Failed to Submit Challenge" when completing SBC in Companion / Web App

Hello EA Team Im currently the facing the problem when doing an SBC im companion app. As im submitting the players it days " Failed to submit challenge" written in red. What should i do ? ...

Thank you for reporting this issue. 👍 We will share it with the team and keep you updated.

In the meantime, try to submit the challenge across all platforms: the game, the UT web app, and the companion app.

Also, be sure to update your UT companion app by checking the store and your web browser if you're on a PC.

Log out and sign back into your account to see if that helps.

Whenever I try to submit any SBC from the app, it gives an error message, "Failed to submit challenge". I am able to do it from the console. Need help

When I try to submit a squad in any Squad building Challenge it always says 'failed to submit'. This has been the case since yesterday when I had a notification saying certain bugs had been fixed. My son's have had the same problem on their companion apps too. Please help

I did the base icon sbc and didn't get the pack also after this can't make any other sbc this happened on companion app . It's like i lost all players for nothing because i didn't get icon pack what to do to fix this and get the pack

Whenever i try to submit a sbc, it says failed ti submit and kicks me out of ultimate team, this happens on my xbox and the companion app. This has happened over the last 2 months constantly. Sometimes when an sbc is this 2 segments. I complete one and can not submit the other, then sbc expires and i have lost a team but not gotten the pack/player. What can i do ti get rid of this bug???

and is consistent across all accounts and on web app
