It's a massive problem but unfortunately they never do anything about it. I've played against the same hacker 3 times this year where he has no username, no cursor above his players, my power bar is missing, his players are 100x faster than mine etc... and i've taken screenshots to show all of this and they do absolutely nothing about it.
Last 2 Fifas since crossplay came in i've had at least 10 occasions where i've been 1 win from promotion in rivals and i've not even been given chance to play the game, the connection drops within 1 second of the game starting and it gives me a loss, and every single time it's been against a PC player. I've reported players for it every time and not once have EA actually acted on it
