Go to settings-profile-delete-delete ut roster update. This helped lots of people in situation like yours.

I have tried this and it DIDNT WORK..... Please get your Devs of they lazy backsides and fix YOUR BUGS. I am a senior test engineer. Your Devs wouldnt last a day with me. Fact
