FC 24 Ultimate team not found players and cant play

Dear ea supporter! i have problem since yesterday in ultimate team i cant do anything in PC but in mobile app i can use everything (in pc in the squad all the cards grey and "not found" but in app still good) + i dont have ban

Hey I tried this but it insists on doing an auto update so I can’t actually advance lol
also I can’t even see players in transfer squad or evolutions. It’s gone beyond player not found
