FC Founders pack missing

Which part of it? World Tour objectives set in Foundations tab
Summarize your bug Despite finishing every single possible Moments, World Tour objective tab only says i've completed 3/6 challenges.

How often does the bug occur? I was eligible for rewards for over a week yet still didn't receive them

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) around 06:00 PM 
In what game mode did the bug occur? Objectives/Moments
What is your time zone? CEST - GMT+4:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I believe this was caused because those 3 sets which were counted correctly I played on easier difficulty claiming worse rewards, but counting towards objective. I've done other three objectives on harder difficulty, which gave me better rewards yet didn't count for the objective
What happens when the bug occurs? Game works without any changes, I'm just unable to obtain my rewards
What do you expect to see? I believe wording 'Earn 1 star in (...)' is the reason this is broken for me, as my reward were 2 stars. Unfortunately, even when attempting to play again on easier difficulty this wouldn't count because I've already claimed rewards.
