FC Founders pack missing

Hi, I am missing FC Founders pack, which should contain kits, badges, etc. I did reicive everything(I think) except this pack. Anyone else with this problem?

I also do not have my founders pack. I wonder if it’s primarily happening to those who played the 10 hour trial first before their paid edition.
