Possible FIX for missing Founder pack

Hey, it's bee almost two weeks since a lot of us lose their Founder Evolution and still no answer update or compensation from EA.
In my case, Ferran Torres turned gold again after two games played as Evolution player. As you can see, I have now two Ferran in my club.
And as well, I have a bug in my packs. I got a gold pack inside another Gold Pack which is mark in the store but I cannot open it because is missing. Before your you tell me to open the app and blablabla, I've playing since Ultimate release, so I've open the app and the game dozens of times and the problem is no fixed.
