FC Points Code Redeemed but not showing in game

I Have redeemed a code on the Origin App for 2800 FC points and nothing is showing up in my account, does anyone know how to find a way to make it work

@ToxicShado395,

Maybe this is a silly question, but could you check one more time that you actually bought points for FC 24 and not one of the earlier games in the series?

Hey @ToxicShado395,

Did you get any errors when you used the code? Also, if you redeemed them via our app, then that means that the points were for PC. Do you play on PC, or on a console?

No I Didn't get any errors when redeeming the code, yes it was for pc, it is just when launching FC 24 the points don't seem to have shown up on my account
