FC Pro Daily Puzzle Completion Objective not complete

Completed all sbcs and still haven't received the 1500xp nor the group reward pack.  This sucks.  Happened around 21 November 2023 @ 20.30pm (GMT +2)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The fc pro live puzzle group is completed but it is not registering in the completionist group so i cant claim the 1500xp and jumbo player pack
What happens when the bug occurs? The fc pro puzzle objective group shows as completed and claimed but the corresponding objective in the fc pro live completionist group doesn’t give the option to claim the 1500xp. Without the do I cannot claim the final two season progress rewards
What should be happening instead? I should be able to claim the rewards from the fc pro objective and the complete the season progress path

The screenshots attached show the completed puzzle objective, the unclaimable fc pro completion objective and the remaining season progress on my account.

Same here, completed it with Companion iOS App.

I haven't received the 1500 xp and jumbo rare pack after completing the fc pro puzzles account name byza12

At least they actually fix UT bugs, meanwhile Career mode players have been begging for the same bug to be fixed for 2 years.

Same with me i complete the sbc on companion and i login to my ps account its also bug

What should be happening instead? Finishing the FC Pro Objective Completionest and receiving the Jumbo Rare Players Pack.
