FC Pro live rewards not received

Hello,  Ik linked my twitch account and EA account and watched the EA FC Pro live yesterday to get the rewards in ultimate team. I watched at least an hour but when I turned my game on, UT was laggy...

Hey, i also watched the fc pro live on YouTube. Usually i get the rewards but this time i didn’t receive them and now its gone

Me too.... For all of the YouTube streams! I haven't received any even though I'm connected. EA say they are aware but it's been 6 + weeks and no response
