FC Pro Twitch Drops

Hi everyone!

I always watch the FC Pro Open livestreams from EA on Twitch. Sadly, I missed the stream today (Match Week 6), I was only able to watch the last 14 minutes. I need to watch 15 minutes and an hour to get the Twitch Drops Rewards, but the stream has sadly ended. If I click on the Drops it says that I can see "Participating Channels" from which I also can get the Drops after the watchtime. I've watched an hour of numerous "Participating Channels" but my Drops progress is still the same. Can I get a fix for this issue because I really want my rewards, it expires on 18th January ☹️

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @frknwrld999,

I've moved your thread over to our English boards.

While I can understand that it's frustrating missing the drops by just a few minutes, you only gain drops by watching the FC Pro matches live. There has got to be a cutoff and that also counts for other participating channels, once the event is over there are no more drops.

  • I am pretty curious if we got the chance of "rebroadcast"? Since from time zone perspective, those from other regions cannot really join this event and I would suggest this shall be "rebroadcasted" with a different time zone for players in other regions.

  • Yeah, that would be a great solution to this matter. I wonder if anyone from EA sees this, because it's not that big of a deal effort wise.

    Hi @EA_Vendcera,

Thank you for the response. We do understand that there needs to be a cutoff. However based on what is shown on Twitch the EASports channel is providing a start and end time. For instance based on my timezone for the FC Pro World Championship Finals Day, Start time is Tue, June 18 at 5:50 AM and end time is Mon, July 15 at 5:49 AM. (See attached) Broadcast on final day ended on Saturday July 13. Seems like EA has defined the end time for participation but the drops are not active on replay of the broadcast. Expecting everyone to show up to watch the broadcast live is somewhat unreasonable. People miss watching the actual World Cup Final due to other commitments and watch the replay. Enabling drops based on the timeline provided on the channel is a very reasonable request and should not be difficult to activate.

Hope this makes it to the right folks!

    Best,

    JUVE
