i claimed the 400xp drop from my Twitch account after watching 15 minutes. however, i have not received my reward in the game. i have tried reloading Ultimate Team and restarting the game, but this has not worked. my accounts are linked so that not the issue and it shows on my Twitch account that i have claimed the reward
The same thing happening to me. I've claimed all three drops and haven't gotten them. Someone else I know got theirs instantly.
im watching it today and i can see the drop progress for the 90 min objective but the drop campaigns for the 15 min and 60 mins ones are saying "closed". What's that about, isn't the second day eligible too?
Same here. It states in the game objectives it should be fine to watch today.

Can i ask what is meant by 'claimed'?

You need to go into your ‘drops’ menu in twitch and claim your rewards on there. This doesn’t mean they’ll show up immediately because ea is having this bug but once the bug is fixed, you’ll need to do this before they’re going to show in game.

Same Here on PC. Only got the 90 min reward. But i couldnt even Claim the other rewards, because they werent shown on Twitch Drops
