Fc24 coins dissapear

I have my coins at 370k yesterday but when i opened my fut companion app today all the coin were missing had email eahelp but only had generated email but no solution

    We understand your concerns about account bans, suspensions, and sanctions. However, as previously stated in our welcome thread for EA SPORTS FC™ 24, we (Community Managers) have no access to the necessary tools to verify accounts. Ok I got an answer with motivation:

We received your message and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that the correct action was taken in accordance with EA's policies and procedures.
 
What this means
 
We have confirmed that your account was involved in the distribution of Ultimate Team™ Credits. The distribution of credits is against our rules. Therefore, deleted content will not be restored to your EA SPORTS FC™ account.
 
You have broken our rules (https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if:
- you have distributed credits
- bought credits
- you have sold credits
 
You have requested a review of the EAS FC sanction. EA is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. We may use anti-cheat technology in our products, including automated anti-fraud and anti-abuse algorithms. Please see our Privacy and Cookie Policy for more information.
 
We monitor trades made on the Ultimate Team™ marketplace to ensure that they are fair and follow our rules. We do this by comparing the value of the item with the current market value, making sure that the trade figures are fair and justified. In this way we can determine whether infringements of the rules and our User Agreement, such as selling, buying and/or distributing credits, have occurred. 
 
During this procedure we check each account manually. According to our checks, your account has been flagged for infringement of the rules. There is no evidence that your account has been violated. For this reason, we have come to the conclusion that your behaviour has violated our User Agreement and as a result your account has been rightly sanctioned.
 
This is a joke, I never cheated in my life. I want my money (real) back. This is pure abuse

lost 340k during the night, was buying silvers for evolutions but didn't sell them for max price range but 90-95%... is this our fault that the cards are extinct and they are selling for a very high price ?

    Had contact with live chat by Ea. 

    Says they are going to investigate my case. It May take up to 10 days!! For the case to be done.  

    Im interested in the outcome,  IF i ever get a response..

      Same here, i talk with them in live chat. 

      Guys from EA was trolling me i have everything screenshot. Talking about Bahamas hollidays during these 10 days waiting.

      I got market banned on my both account. 

      I e-mail EA 5 days ago still  0 answer.

      I didn't sell ANY COIN. 

      How EA can * on us like that ? They are more focus on banning people for no reason than fixing there game.

      I have to reload 15 times a day ea cuz menu is bug 

      DDA/ Scripte on this fifa is really insane 

      I m not talking about Trickster + when to fix it they just delete the playstyle XD 

      Or about the gameplay himself cuz there is too many thing to say.

      But no, they are focus on banning people for leggit no reson.

      A lot of ppl for the same problem on others Fifa, apparently EA will just send you a Generic E-mail to say they are right to banned you. 

      I play fifa since i m 5 years old. 

      I guess it's my last Fifa ,even hard it's my last EA game.

        EA took 9.7 mill plus some players, first owner cards they also took..

        I have NEVER sold coins or anything.. yet, this is the reason they use .

        I have evidence, everyone when using money on playstation .. every transaction is saved.. 2000 dollars i have used, but they dont need to se the evidence, because " they know"

        100% criminal this, hope they rot in hell...
