@Steve_NUFC89I’m honestly sick of the lack of help we get from ea, we buy there game spend our money on fc points and they simply cant help us with a major issue where our coins or fc points have been removed from our account sometimes without an email regarding tos or any other explanation. And when they find one that isnt tos or fouls play can’t give us our coins back it’s a disgrace that we spend hours per day week and month on the game to get nothing back in return the people who lose there coins regarding theses issues should have there coins returned to the account.
I've been onto Ea Help chat and they consider my account to have been hacked and players sold. I usually spend my coins I get. But this year I wanted to get like an R9 for once and so have saved literally everything since day one.
So it was heartbreaking to see they've gone. But it's so abundantly clear I've been hacked. I have gaps in my first team where tradeable players I have all have been sold.
So frustrating. No coins or refund of player values yet, but they've raised the case so it's been looked into.
- @Steve_NUFC89 Yeah I have aswell, when I came back too see my coins are gone I was devastated that I put in work on the game and this happens and nothing can be done we’re now I’m at 0 coins, I don’t know how both off of us are going to somehow make those coins back but we need ea to give us the coins back my club is as is no players missing and I don’t know who this has happened but ea need to something about is because theses this they lose customers and players of the game over these things, this is millions of coins were missing from our accounts, I’m glad your case is getting looked into and I hope that you get your coins back
