FC24 Coins Stolen/Disappeared

I've been onto Ea Help chat and they consider my account to have been hacked and players sold. I usually spend my coins I get. But this year I wanted to get like an R9 for once and so have saved literally everything since day one. 

So it was heartbreaking to see they've gone. But it's so abundantly clear I've been hacked. I have gaps in my first team where tradeable players I have all have been sold. 

So frustrating. No coins or refund of player values yet, but they've raised the case so it's been looked into.
