@Steve_NUFC89 @J3yl4G0m3z @galdiff I had the same issue. 1.3m coins lost and all of my 84+ tradeables sold. Let alone ~50 quick sold players too (which I never do).
Created a case to indicate that I had been hacked. They assured me that I would get compensation (multiple live chats said that). Then a few days later my account was blocked over weekend league. No idea why as I had re-secured my account immediately after. A few days ago got my account back, but no updates on the stolen items, but then I lost my EA account! They said I didn't have one. Can't access the EA servers. The webapp is unavailable to do for days now too as it says I don't have a linked EA account (hence the daily objectives/sbcs wasted). As I created a new EA account using the same email, they say that my account is only a few days old....They can't find or link my previous FUT team or anything. Each time I create a chat all they do is reset my password and think the job is done.
My account has been affected for 3 weeks now and nothing has progressed, and no one knows what's happening as they don't even create case notes.
Absolutely pathetic.
- @omnicid3r Honestly bro I get it the unreliability of this company is shocking to say the least, among other things aswell, they have no care for there player base. The crap they come up with do disclose or give reasons to why this has happened is beyond me. I’m genuinely stepping away from the game for good, having this done to my account and the reasons they give, when I know I’ve done nothing but follow terms of service and rules set in place is heartbreaking when you love a game so much. I will not be installing the game again nor will I be buying the next releases. I hope things work out for you and your account but I’d honestly just step away from the game and the company itself, there are better gaming companies out there and to be fair much better games.
this game is a joke,i was saving up until near the end of game when all prices get reduced had over 5 million,i was on transfer market yesterday and my coins suddenly went from 5.2 million to 7 thousand,dont think i was hacked as i was on and saw it happen,i have never brought coins or given my account details. had just been buying on tranfer market buy low sell high but looks like they think i brought coins because of this,(had been buying vincent kompany manager cheap change league to germany sell for 4 to 5 thousand) how is this fair im only selling for the prices that they set.totally done with ea,will never have their product in my house agian no more money from me.SO STOP SENDING ME EMAILS TO PRE ORDER FC25
Don't appeal the ban it's a waste of time. To get your coins back submit a data subject access request about the ban.
