Fc24 missing items

Hi, I’m trying to get hold of the ea sports fc team regarding missing coins and players. Ea help keep saying ‘no suspicious activity on your account’ but something has happened. Someone please help, I’ve paid good money to play this game.

I have had a similar issue. I finished the Martin Ødegaard SBC and when I claimed it, the item did not pop up in my club. I did not quick sell him or anything he just disappeared. I need help too!!
