FC24 PS5 ultimate team does not work
Please help - we just bought a ps5 (disk edition) and the fc24 disk - meanwhile I also purchased playstation plus account. Ultimate team is not working “cannot connect to ultimate team at this moment...

Hey, having exactly same experience - bought PS Plus and son already had fc24 on disk. He can do ultimate team on fifa23 but not fc24. How did you get to chat to EA? Do they have to know the individual people who are having this issue? Will keep an eye on here and hopefully we get sorted.

Managed to chat with someone this morning. Said they’re working on it and it’s a problem at their end. At least that’s something.
