I logged onto my fc24 and hopped onto ultimate team on my ps5, and my whole team was gone. It prompted me to make a new club, and I went to EA support and all they told me was that its an ongoing glitch and will be fixed soon. Is anyone else dealing with this? I spent a lot of money on this game and for my team to disappear is not that great.

It's happening to me as well I don't have any bans history or something like that I was playing my qualifying for the wl Wednesday and yesterday i tried to login in the companion say I don't have any club,u tried as well in the ps5 the same idk was going on I don't wanna loose the account as well

Happened to me too got in contact with EA but there was no fix I lost everything I put a lot of money and time on it too it sucks let me know if you at least get it fix bro
I tried to talk with them 3 times
The first and the second told me that they doesn't know what's happening...
The third told me that is not they fault so I can not recover my team... I hope u can recover the team I had 2k players.. idk why this happen. I don't know if is correlate but this thing happen after the update...
They probably deleted my team, supposed I buyed coins which I did not I spent real money on fifa points but how can you argue y just stop playing this game anyways and wait for the next one their lost I only be buying fifa points anymore why would I if I’m going to loose it anyway
