FC25 Ultimate Team age restrictions
Has anyone else had issues on PS4 with being restricted from UT due to age restrictions? I am over 13 with a teen account but I am not being allowed access to UT...PSN don't seem to be abel to help ...

@chunky76_uk I've managed to submit a case via email - I had to select one of the help options that they can't deal with via a forum post - Category was "missing content" - and then there is an email us option.

Thanks LKW... This is so poor. EA support is just non-existent. Other forums I have found suggest using the EA app, which I have installed checked and there is nothing about online services.
Sorry but the EA rep on chat failed to fix the problem - supposedly they have raised a bug report!!
2 and a half hours and got no-where.
Out of interest, what PS model do you have?.. we are still on PS4.
