Fifa 23 points not transferring to ea fc 24

How to transfer fifa 23 points to ea fc 24? I don’t get a pop up asking me to transfer anything

A few things to remember:

1. You can only transfer and convert points from FIFA 23 to EAS FC 24 on the same console family. For example, you can transfer and convert points from FIFA 23 to EAS FC 24 on Xbox Series X|S, but you can’t transfer your points from FIFA 23 on Xbox Series X|S to EAS FC 24 on PlayStation 5.
   
   
2. This is not reversible. You can’t move points back to FIFA 23 once you transfer and convert them. 
   • What if I’m an EA Play member? If you play EAS FC 24 on EA Play and transfer and convert your points but don’t buy the full game, you won’t get your points back on FIFA 23.

I’m trying to transfer from ps5 fifa 23 to ps5 ea fc 24. Same account same ps5 and nothing happens
