FIFA points to ea fc points
I still have points on fifa 23 that I would like to transfer but am not receiving the prompt to do so. How do I get the prompt

You should be getting this prompt when first logging in to Ultimate Team on the device you play on. The prompt will not appear on the app. You also need to be on the same console family. For example, you can't transfer points from Xbox to PlayStation. Information on transferring points can be found here.
