Fifa/FC points addiction

@gruffenheisen thats alot of money brother but its a good thing you've realised that you have an addiction. Most gambling addicts never do . I myself was a different kind if gambling addict for many years. The best advice I can give you is to stop the game completely. There's no ifs or buts. That's what I would have done for years but sure I'll play smaller stake or try and limit myself . It never works and it's a road to nowhere and self destruction. You've have to stop as simple as that and if you have a good family support talk to them let them know how you feel and that you need help. Trust me when I say this in time be it a month or so the impulse and urge will disappear and do not substitute it for another form of gambling or game where there is options to spend. If it hasn't started already you will ruin your life and relationships I promise you that much . You'll end up end with nothing and no one . It's a big step to realise and admit the problem be proud of yourself and take the next step
