Fix the gameplay, don’t ask on twitter for feedback when you’ve been getting it for months on here but think you’re above criticism for a game that is broken from top to bottom and if it’s not broken...

@Izzy_FUT_Dubs I’m not talking about gameplay being enjoyable I’m talking about it being unplayable, passing does nothing, ai players on my team tackling me, goalkeepers unable to hold onto the ball ever, players falling over nothing, players actually running like they’re running through quicksand, at no point has this game been enjoyable and I’m still waiting for someone that works for EA to provide an answer on the official answers forums but 6 months of asking the same question just shows that customer service isn’t a thing with EA
Like others said there is problems with gameplay but if your game is unplayable that sounds more like you are having connection issues as very few people experience that.
You should try the connection faq. You can also run the game with the input overlay on as they will explain more to you.
since so few have issues like that it’s likely and isp issue or your connection. Ea has already said they will look into it if more show examples will link below. Sadly so few have reported it not much ea can do.
You can always ask for a refund too if you want.

I’ve been providing evidence for years not one EA REP HAS EVER GOT BACK TO ME
I know your probably one of the few I’ve ever seen have delay and provide evidence. Hopefully more follow your lead so ea will look into it otherwise it looks to be just a few with issues out of millions.
I’ve been through this many times with live chat and they told me to come here, I have no problem with my connection on any other game and never had a problem with my ISP, only game that feels broken is EAFC, don’t even have any issues with F123 under the EA umbrella if you would, only this game as with many others that come here and just get ignored, now I would like an official response from EA about it, even partnered streamers have been saying how bad the gameplay is this year but yet we ignore all that and just say it’s the users connection or ISP. This is a game made by developers that forget to put players in packs, forget to give people the correct rewards, can’t put the right description on SBC’s, give players the wrong nationality, have put a Turkish club in the premier league on a player card, gave an overwhelming amount of players a TOTY Messi by mistake but I’m led to believe they can’t have problems with gameplay?

Company in the world! Can’t make a decent game even if you allready making since the 90’s. Worst of all, every year is worse.
glitches, people can score the same goal 20 times. High press is crazy. Defenders catching the ball from you even when you did not yet fully receive it. Gameplay is slow. Doesn’t even matter if you have Mbappe or a Depay. If the gameplay is dead you ain’t doing anything!!
always went 14 minimum wins in champs. The last two weeks 11. And totday I’m going 2-3. I always went 7-0 the first games. and now I’m Elite and can barely get 10 wins. Your company is a joke. I hope 2K is going to make you go down like crazy.
Games an absolute clown show, even Bateson is having the same issues but RadioShack will continue to tell us it’s our connection, ea release broken games just look at the state of handling in f1 24. I’ve just played a game my opponent fouled me, got booked and he got the free kick for it, this game is an absolute mess

this is funny, have you checked the forum as it is full of those "few peoples".
Additionally, just because something doesnt works for us doesn't mean it won't work for you, and vice versa.
The purpose of this thread is to share our gameplay issues and seek support. Unfortunately, support is nonexistent.
Also, to agree with @BanesSolace, similar with what I see on this thread you have done on below thread, trying to convince me that is my fault and is nothing happening with the gameplay.
@all3l33 EA really just seem to be turning the other way and pretending nothing is happening at the moment. We're now into the 4th day in the last week where hundreds of people on social media are reporting they're being kicked from the servers as soon as the game ends so whether they've won or not, it's counting as a loss. The forum is also full of people having the exact same issues
This notion that it's every individuals wifi connection that's the problem is laughable. I do appreciate that some people are just trying to help with genuine connection issues, but when there's thousands of people that have stopped playing the game because of the poor gameplay and inconsistent servers... and hundreds/potentially thousands of others that are still playing but are deeply unhappy about the same issue, it's quite clearly not an indidivual wifi problem.
The servers aren't good enough for the type of game they're trying to provide, they can't handle the traffic, it's impacting the gameplay experience but EA won't do anything about it because it would cost them money
- @Cam3131 They addressed getting kicked in a few posts. I never denied that was an issue neither did they. The tests are important to determine what’s going on.
I’ve literally said a bunch of times it’s possible to be on eas end and also an isp issue.
I don’t give my opinion on which one it is. I let whoever does the tests decide them or ea or their isp.
It looks like ea has determined its banes isp from his tests. I wouldn’t give my opinion as I feel people would just argue with me. It’s not my opinion that matters it’s eas or their isp as one of them has to fix it.

When ever I notice gameplay is bad, the menus also lag and then, even when playing squad battles, you may get kicked out of ultimate team.
It's okay if they said they are working on it and can't seem to find the issue but it freaking hurts when they try to make it look like our fault or from our end. - @all3l33 This is what is ea is saying. What I am saying is provide the evidence otherwise it does look like ea is right. Just because people say it ea has said it’s unfounded.
You missed the context of the statement. But yeah by arguing with me rather than showing ea you are just proving that correct.
