Fix the gameplay, don’t ask on twitter for feedback when you’ve been getting it for months on here but think you’re above criticism for a game that is broken from top to bottom and if it’s not broken...

I missed out
Moments being completely abandoned after about two months, now just a pointless mode with pointless rewards

They have completely abandoned them. To be fair, Moments needed a bit of tweaking to be awesome, but they've completely missed the mark (and now aren't even bothering with them).
I'm not sure what direction they're going in, but we have tried to give tons of solutions to these issues and we don't hear back much of whether any of the solutions we gave will be implemented or not in the next patch / next version. :/
It is quite frustrating that for years we have told EA how to fix their game and it still has these old issues -- I'm more understanding of the new issues.

The direction they are going in is pure pay to win, I mean look at the packs you can buy in store now giving out icons and such, game is just a cash grab and I guarantee in a year or two the transfer market will be gone and everything will be untradable, I read that apparently they have lost 60% of the player base
Just deleted the game. It’s a complete joke.
Video games are supposed to be fun.
This game is absolutely terrible.
Idk what happened but this game played completely different for me last week.
