The most illogical, stupid football simulation ever.
Cutting and intercepting passes has an unrealistic range.
Goalkeepers on the 5-meter line can be faster than a ball running over 120 km/h.
This game is made by people who have no idea about real football.
I've been playing for over 30 years and with these technical possibilities, to ruin the game like that - you must have something wrong with your head.
Even FIFA 97 was more real in a different IT and computers era.
With good ping, the game lags and the attacker often passes the defender like a ghosts.
Patches, updates, server maintence and still nothing. This is the biggest failure of this huge corporation.
Online modes in this game have always been garbage and will always be that way forever. No amount of complaints will make them fix their servers or whatever it is that is making the game feel heavy and have slow input response. I live in a city where one of their servers is located. In game ping is around 16 ms my connection score on EAs connection quality report is 99. I don't have any visual lag but the game feels like crap and is inconsistent. Basically the same stuff that everyone is talking about on this forum. The only thing that we can condole ourselves with is that our opponents are most likely also playing with the same bad gameplay so both sides are facing equal difficulties.
I know it's 10 minutes before Prem TOTS drops but i've just logged in to play a squad battle and the connection is SO jumpy. It's the exact same every year, they know that everyone logs on for TOTS, so why have they never invested servers that actually work during peak times?!
It's beyond embarrassing now
Watch this short video. I have the ball with my defender and I want to clear it from danger and another one of my defenders bumps into me, my goalkeeper takes over the ball without me controlling him and then shoots it to score a free goal for the opponent 🤣. This is just one of countless glitches that happen to me in online matches.
- @wassimabdul I wrote some day ago about exactly the same situation - when two defenders bumps into each other creating goal scoring opportunity for my rival.
- @SirCarbonara I recommend you record the crazy stuff that happen in the game and post them here. Maybe someone from EA will have a look at them.
