"FORFEIT" GAME

How is it that you guys cant comprehend what forfeit means? If my opponent concedes a penalty, pauses the game and hits "forfeit game," why is the game just wiped from existence like it never happened instead of giving me the win? you guys need to wake up and do something. Youre promoting the toxicity that is destroying this game year after year
