Founders evolution disappeared since September and still no fix for it?

I had the same issue with a lot of other users in which the FUT founders card reverted back to gold in September and I have still not had any update on when this will revert back despite 3 months of trying to fix the issue. Any help from anyone on how they have fixed this would be appreciated.
