I had the same problem. Bought the pack today and received Dennis Bergkamp from Team 1.
When I opened the pack, it didn’t show an Icon at all. It wasn’t until I checked my club that I found Bergkamp.
If the team are working on resolving this issue then I hope to be compensated as this pack is controversially expensive even when it provides the correct content.
I feel the same about. Also that it’s not communicated as an issue worries me while EA help states that they’re working on it.

I agree with you, I am also worried about that,
For me it is even worser as I opened a pack last Saturday and got Klose from team 1 but Messi and De Bruyne gold base cards,
when talking with 3 different EA live chat representative they have promised me that I'll get the 94 and 93 versions of them as of this bug,
But there is no statement on EA FC Direct Communication twitter which is weird.
My pack luck was so bad this year and the hope I'll get these two players is the only thing that makes me want to continue play this game and not quit
I hope there is an admin or EA representative who can reply here and clear things out...
What about the normal packs? Packed Morgan, Messi and de Bruyne as Gold cards in the meanwhile.
Either way it’s not clear what we should be packing.
- @ColusaOrravan for this one I'm not too sure but I do sure that some of the store packs contains both team 1 and team 2 players, mainly the 750k Icon guarantee one and if I'm correct also the Duo players pack as well, so that is the big problems
