FUT bonus due to pre order FC 25

I didn’t receive any bonus in FUT when I pre order FC 25
I understood that it was until the 20 so what about it ?

Haven’t received my reward for the pre order rewards for ea fc 25 . I bought the ultimate edition version ea fc 25 on switch no icon yet . It’s been 5 days. I had the chat with two ea support people . One said I have to wait 5 days five days has been . The other said look at the answers HQ that doesn’t help
