if your coins are gone, you've either been hacked or you received a coin wipe.
If it was the first one, please contact EA Support so they can help you secure your account again.
To check for the second option, please go to your ban history where you would be able to see a sanction, if you received a coin wipe.

If it was a coin wipe, then you won't be able to use a live chat and will have to wait for your case to be looked at before you will receive an answer. This can take several days. In this situation, all you can do for the moment is to wait.
