I got two versions of ronaldinho in one draft and now it won’t let me search for a game. it kicks me off ultimate team servers anytime i try and search for a match it sends me back to the main menu.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unable to play draft for the objectives because I have two versions of Ronaldinho in the squad. Have tried moving one or both to reserves and restarting the game but when I go back in, they are in the same position before I moved them
What happens when the bug occurs? The game kicks me out of Ultimate team and I am unable to play online draft mode to complete the limited time objective
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play online draft mode to complete the objectives
I cant play online draft mode.

Basically title. This glitch has broken my draft for two months now, and the "solution" of moving the items to the reserves does absolutely not work. I have two versions of Zidane (Dynasty and Future Stars) that have made it impossible to start a draft. Any other solutions? EA Help basically told me to just post the question here as the solution

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have an online draft squad selected, with two versions of Ronaldinho, greats of the game and future stars.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click advance to search for a game, it kicks me out of ultimate team saying the servers are not available right now. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the two Ronaldinho’s it’s glitching it out, but that means I will never be able to play fut draft ever again since I cannot advance through to searching a game.
What should be happening instead? It should be letting me play an online draft game

@sanket_360 This issue would come under the help topic ‘I’ve found a bug in my game’, correct? There is no chat with us option there. All that there is is an article telling us to go to Answers HQ. So effectively, you’re telling us to go to EA Help, and EA Help is telling us to go to here.
