Fut Draft

I Started a fut draft when i search for the first game got me in and then the screen got black and wont let me play and if i quit the game it says that he will count the match as forfit , help me please

Where's my Baggio?
I completed the SBC, I have the 5 game loan version but not the full player. Anyone else getting this. I checked on the game and companion app and there's no sign of him.

Did not receive FC Points.
I had made transaction through my Companion App and the amount for the FC Points was debited from my bank account but I did not recieve the fc points.
