Fut points transfer from 23 to 24 (after doing it once already)

Hi so this is really stupid of me but I bought a code for what I thought was EAsFC 24 ultimate team  12000 points and redeemed it on the Microsoft store, but they were actually fifa 23 fut points...

I have already played ultimate since since EASFC 24 was released so it doesn't give me the option to transfer the points over.

Is there a way EA will transfer them over for me? Has anybody done similar?

I have tried to use the EA help option but they don't respond to my emails.

I know it's my fault so not expecting them to help but you never know.
