Ive tried all the tv settings etc. It is definitely something to do with my connection to EA. Optimising my qos to improve my connection potentially might improve gameplay as there must be a reason why i get poorer gameplay that my opponents. It could be how my isp routes, or it coild be lag compensation by EA whereby the better more stable internet is punished. Im hoping it’s the first one, which is why i was asking if there were any examples of people improving their gameplay through a gaming router rather than me just buying one and finding out it makes no difference
@CPFC007 If it was lag compensation you would have delay. Since you are showing no delay it isn’t connection related.
Had you said you see a difference in the controllers then you would have delay and it would be connection related. Then the question would be is it on eas end or yours but you don’t have connection issues.

- @RadioShaqs It is certainly on Ea’s end. `As i said earlier i can change my gameplay with a vpn. When the game thinks im in a different location and it puts me on a different server the gameplay is different. My setup hasn’t changed apart from the place that EA thinks im at.
- @CPFC007 Well yeah the gameplay will be worse if you are on a poor connection from connecting to a server far away if you are forcing that.
If you are getting that speed up lag the game is basically unplayable.
But that’s expected and not a connection or sever issue.
While a gaming router will improve your connection if you have no delay then it really won’t matter.
