Given a DQ after being hit offline

I was playing Champions and got kicked offline. I know that sounds crazy but I can assure you this happened and was wondering if there was compensation for this. i was playing and in the 4th minute the opponent paused the game and I didn't think anything of it. I scored once and we kept playing. I went onto score a second pretty quickly and the moment the ball went through,my game froze and it went on to say that I disconnected. My internet was still on and everything was fine on my immediately after. However, because this happened I received an L for a game I was dominating and up 2-0! Hoping something can be done about this.
