@YT_Buzznitro looks like EA is hiding and covering their faults just not to compensate the well spending users, well in that case and IF I won't be getting the correct promo cards I deserve, I'm done with this game for good..

Agreed, I’ve been delaying with support and same issues with packs. If they just blow it off and give no compensation, we are moving to NBA2k boys
