Got the wrong evolution card when redeemed

I did an evo card currectly. took a player name rutter (75 ovr) took it through 3 diffrent evos in this order: Power surge Intro to stats limits Ultimate Edition evolution The player should end up as 84 ovr and it even showed it should be look like that at the end and preview the correct version of that player but when I collected the item i got him as 83 with some uncorrected stats as well… I worked for this player and I deserve to get the right version of the player back
