"Greats of the Game Icon" Card -> Bought, but timed out?

I don't know how this happened or the mechanism, I've been not playing the game (most thanks to its litany of unfixed/unfixable errors) if it matters, the card was the 93 rated Rui Costa (CAM/CF) I definitely bought this card, and did not receive it in a pack.

but I'm being told that, apparently, he's untradeable and now has "timed out" or something. "Expired 14th July", "Greats of the Game Icon" (I don't think he was this type of special when I bought him, he may have been, I don't remember)

Can anyone explain why this would happen? How would I fix it?
