Hacked account and web app ban

So let me start by saying that I ahd played every single edition of the Fifa game until Fifa 21 and Ultimate Team since it started. I played it no issues whatsoever until Fifa 21 when my account got hacked and lost 8kk coins. 

I made the ticket with EA and after waiting 3 months, they came back to me saying that they did found evidence of the account being compromised, but no evidence of coins being stolen and so the case was closed. I then stopped playing the game at all as I lost all my interest.

Going forward, I started missing play it so after I skipped Fifa 22 and 23, I decided to buy the FC24 game, which turned out to be one of worst decisions I have taken lately. 

After I have spent almost £800 on FC points and flipping players around, yesterday, while I was doing the radioactive crafting SBC I get the notification that I need to do captcha. I refresh the page, solve the captcha, go back, did few more SBC, until I realised I run out of player. So I go to buy some gold common that I needed for the SBC, but guess what. I HAD BEEN BANNED ON WEBAPP!!! 

I have not received any email with a reason for this, nor a reason is stated when check the Ban status section. 

I consider this as an abusive action taken against me by EA and as before, I have lost my interest in playing this game. I have done nothing wrong, I had used the webapp in previous titles with no issues at all.

Now the question is, is there any way I can ask for a refund for all the FC points I bought? I will request for my account to be disabled as I can't stand this ignorance and abuse from EA anymore. The game, we all know, it's a joke, but taking this behavious, I think they are going to far.
