Hackers

I have played all of my champ finals games this weekend and encountered at least 3 crash hackers, 2 in a row and then 1 for my last game. I do not have any footage since what they do is they take control of all of your players off of kickoff, a bunch of triangles that are white will appear on top of my players heads. Then they proceed to freeze my screen and the commentary will say they scored a goal then the game crashes and gives me the loss. The other hacker that I had encountered was the typical ultimate defending hacker I go up 2-0 and then all of a sudden the dude has 75% tackle success rate with 50+ attempted tackles. This is insane and makes this game unplayable for me.

Additionally, this is not just a new thing that started during TOTY champs finals this happens every weekend to me especially when I get around 8-0 or 8 wins in general, this weekend I was 8-0 when I encountered these crash hackers back to back. I am genuinely fed up with this and it ruins ea fc completely. It was already bad enough when I open 300+ packs and get nothing and then want to play the game just to either encounter crash hackers or ultimate defending hackers. I ended up going from 8-0 to 13-7 with all of the hackers, 3 of the losses were more than likely legit the rest were blatant hacks/ the ones talked about.

 I strongly believe that I should get compensation or at least my games back to play this weekend since this happens all the time. Every person I talk to says they can't do anything about it, developers should be able to or who ever is in control of the game, especially since regular hackers can do it to get god squads or just access the files. Just get rid of these hackers please it has been happening for at least 2+ months now.
