Has anyone EVER had their seized coins returned by appealing?

If really depends, if you appeal a sanction where it's clear and there was coin distribution, the coins won't be returned.

However if there was no distribution, the coins can be returned, yes but in my experience, mistakes don't happen very often.

@EA_Hux Realky there's a 90 page thread that says mistakes do happen, alot. Your appeal process is a joke. An impartial judge making an arbitrary decision with no independent scrutiny. Seems to happen once a quarter, fewls like a big scam to drive microtransactions before quarterly profit reports. Still waiting to hear from anyone who had an accepted appeal, EVER. Anyone?
