Have not received my UCL hero pre order pack.

I have tried to contact EA help regarding my missing UCL hero pack. I then got an email about twitch drops which is not what I wanted. Has anyone else gotten help with missing UCL hero pack?

    Hello everyone,

    Just as a reminder, to be eligible to receive the UCL Hero item, you have to pre-order the Ultimate edition BEFORE the 22nd of August. as per the game and offer legal disclaimers.

    After some investigation we noticed that a lot of players preordered after the 22nd. In this case, it is intended that you don't receive the Hero item.

am one of the people who requested the game Fc24 early, but I did not receive the hero player. I hope you solve the problem as soon as possible.

You gonna get by November 27th if you pre ordered it before August 22th.

    What if you don't tho coz everyone got it today apart from me got the message and all but nothing in the store
