Have not received my UCL hero pre order pack.

I have tried to contact EA help regarding my missing UCL hero pack. I then got an email about twitch drops which is not what I wanted. Has anyone else gotten help with missing UCL hero pack?

UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team Hero Player Item will be available from November 27, 2023 at 2:59pm PST, and all other Ultimate Edition content will be available from September 22, 2023 (consumer local time) unless otherwise noted.
