Haven’t been Given TOTS Odegaard after completion

I’ve completed the TOTS Odegaard and haven’t been given him?! I’ve checked my club and my discard recovery incase I accidentally discarded him and he’s not there! Any ideas on where he is and how to ...

I completed all five squads that were needed for the Martin Odegaard SPC and didn’t receive the card!!! 

What is going on here? This is crazy card isn’t in my club whatsoever either.
