Haven't recieved compensation for misleading pack content

Hello!

A few weeks ago I opened the Centurions 350k week 2 pack. As seen in the provided picture, the pack had a tradeable icon, but had untradeable content inside of it. I opened the pack with 350.000 coins, and I suggested my friends should do the same, because it looked like decent value with it being tradeable. I opened the pack, and recieved only untradeable cards. Now I have seen that people, including my one friend who opened the pack at the same time (but with fifa-points), have gotten their fifa-points back, but I have not yet recieved any compensation. I have tried to raise the case on multiple occasions on EA Live chat, but not gotten anywhere with it, and was told to state my issue here. The first time I made the case was just after I opened the pack, with case #159831063.

When will this issue get resolved and I get my 350k coins back?
