You can post the screenshot of the connection score match history and a short video in here and hopefully enough follow you. You can also post in one of the multiple threads ea has asked others to post the same. Really just depends on what you think the problem is fut servers bugs ect.
@RadioShaqs i have posted them directly trough ea help live chat services for the last 3 years and they confirm i have no connection issue. posting them here so the so called community mannager can so or what they are called i have no interest of.

It’s up to you nobody can make you. You can see ea will look into it and people have fixed it on their end but it take people to want to report it to figure it out. I don’t have any issues with connection but if I did I would report it just to help others and get change. All I can do is try to point people in the right direction to get help rather that’s guides of people fixing it or ea needing reports or examples of them fixing it.
