Not to mention the player AI is absolutely terrible
Players make the most ridiculous runs, often ignoring space to make a beeline for the nearest defender, forcing themselves through so they are now behind them
Making a break down the sideline only to find theres nobody to cross the ball to as they are all standing around outside the box
Watching players trying to desperately stay behind a defender when their own half because the AI doesn't understand you cannot be offside in your own half
Running through on goal only to be taken out by your own player who ran into you for no reason
Missing out on a corner because the striker ignored your instructors to leave the ball and instead dashed over at 10000 MPH to get the last touch
Missing out on a goal because the striker decided to ignore the ball that was right in front of him
The fact the AI's tackles result in the ball flying to one of their own players 99% of the time, sometimes involving the ball shooting off from a tackle at 9 times the speed of light, defying the laws of physics to curl it's way to a striker
The AI winning free kicks because you looked at them badly
The AI not conceding fouls despite tackling from behind, taking the player first and then getting the ball
I think they are doing damage controle to save the game.
As im reading everybodies comments most of us are probably casualplayers.
To ensure that gameplay is smooth for the higherskilled players and the pay for win who invest in packs etc you would have to make sure that WL isnt overcrowded with lowerlevel or casual players. Because a lot of us easily qualified for WL a couple of weeks ago but probably didnt get a lot of wins due to skilllevel being to high.
So it looks like we are being send to the bench to become elite or reach the top 4 division as their aim shifted towards the hardcore fanbase who will get this game thru lifesupport so they can figure out what is going on.

- @Starscreamdali this makes sense. The server went down for a bit today and came back. The gameplay was smooth like offline mode. After a few games, my fingers started to hurt cause the delay came back but guess what...other players were running through my team and spinning around my defenders with ease. I stop pressing the run but but for a sec plus they keep running. I give up
