[HELP] Location/matchmaking

Hi all,

I live in Asia (Hong Kong) and playing UT on a regular basis. I am ok-good at the game and the issue is that when I climb divisions (Div 1/Elite) I cannot find any other players, not surprising since HK is a rather small country and not many players.

this is extremely frustrating as I basically need to wait for like 30min to find an opponent in rivals sometimes. Same for draft.

Is there any way I can play on Europe servers ? Not sure how it is technically feasible. I tried to use VPN on my router but Mbps is really low.

anyone faced similar issue and could help ?

    You could change your matchmaking settings to approximate location to no and enable cross play. I dunno if that will help or not but worth trying if you haven’t already.
